I’m in the middle of my first visit to the site and I happen to have a mirror incorporated into the installation that says look past yourself. A saying my brother would often say. And as I’m creating this gentleman comes up to me and starts asking me a bunch of questions. The main question being who did I talk to, to let me do an installation on his building. I was talking to the owner. I told him I had an agent that talked to someone and this was the address my agent gave me to do my artwork on. I also told him I was from Chicago and I was in Denver just to do this artwork. He said he loved it but the mirror was a insurance hazard and we agreed that I would take down the mirror and continue creating my relief mural. Seven visits latter it’s my largest mural in Denver.
